			SWOSAR Deploys Certified K-9 Search Teams All deployable SWOSAR K-9 teams are certified to the standards of the National Association For Search And Rescue (www.nasar.org), the North American Police Work Dog Association (http://napwda.com/), International Police Work Dog Association (http://www.ipwda.org/), or other national organization standards. All handlers and ground support must demonstrate proficiency in CPR, First Aid, Canine First Aid, Land Navigation, Map Reading, Radio Use, Basic Incident Command, and other relevant field skills.
